AC isn’t a priority in Lowell

I live in Lowell, Massachusetts plus it gets easily frigid here! I am super glad that I live in a colder state though, and we do get about two months of summer time where it can get into the 72s.

It is warm enough to prefer the summer, but not so tepid that I need an air conditioning, and honestly while in the hotter parts of the year I just open the windows plus let a fresh breeze roll in! At evening I have a few box fans that the members of the family can use, but that is it as far as cooling in Lowell. In my opinion, my wonderful friend and I just don’t need it, major dealers end up purchasing cooling systems because they sort of have to. The local shops plus dealers need to keep most people glad after all. It is a shame though, they could save quite a bit of cash cutting cooling out of the equation. It is a shame there isn’t a cheaper way to cool, but basically there are box fans, window AC plus a full blown cooling system. I know there is a small restaurant in neighborhood that gets by with a probable cooling system that hooks into the wall… Yes it is ugly plus not that powerful, but the cash they save each year is honestly worth it, and really when you live in Lowell, MA, the priority should only plus constantly be heating. My loft currently has three heaters in it after all. I never had been in a home with air conditioning until I traveled to a odd state to visit an seasoned neighbor of mine.
