It honestly didn’t feel icy cold
My lady & I live in Cocoa, FL; The two of us are only a few miles away from the beach. The two of us frequently go to Cocoa Beach which is about 15 seconds away from our locale. The two of us were down at the beach on Monday & the people I was with and I decided to stay all day. The two of us had a cooler with some sandwiches, chips, & drinks. The two of us had an umbrella, blanket, & a small table & chairs… I got a little bit of a sunburn, but my lady applied plenty of sunscreen & she was just fine. The two of us drove back to Cocoa around 6:00 p.m. There was a little bit of traffic on the highway because it was a weekday, however when my lady & I got back to our apartment, the people I was with and I started making supper. It was cool in the cabin when the people I was with and I arrived, but it started to get warmer the longer that the people I was with and I were there. I evaluated to make sure that the front door wasn’t open. I evaluated the control unit. That air conditioner was running, but it was 70° in the apartment. I grabbed a small step stool from the area in the family room & I put my hand up to the air vent. I could not tell if the air was cool or not. It honestly didn’t feel icy cold. I decided the people I was with and I should call the cabin maintenance person so they could come over to the Cocoa cabin complex & check to see if there was a problem with the AC. I honestly didn’t want to wait until it was 85° in the house.
