I cannot afford to hire more employees to labor with me full-time, so myself plus the one serviceman take care of all of the tasks
Only a couple of years ago, our wife plus I bought a house outside of Chicago in a small town called Alsip… My mom plus dad found us a house in Alsip… The multiple home office plus more than one bath house was a foreclosure plus it was priced to sell, but unluckyly, Alsip doesn’t have a lot of Heating plus Air Conditioning providers, i had to keep our task in the town of Chicago plus commute for the first multiple months that the two of us were living in Alsip… One afternoon during the Winter season, I was off plus the heating system broke down. I fixed the problem on our own, but it made me realize that there actually were not any people to call in an emergency. That’s when I decided to start our own business, since I willsip doesn’t have more than 2 Heating plus Air Conditioning suppliers, I thought a supplier could do certainly well in the area. My wife’s mom plus dad agreed to help me finance a new business. They offered me a small loan so I could get started. My goal is to become the primary service provider for all of the residents in town. I will also be offering commercial services at the start of the next year! Right now it’s just me plus one additional employee. I cannot afford to hire more employees to labor with me full-time, so myself plus the one serviceman take care of all of the tasks. I pay our serviceman certainly well. The guy has a huge amount of responsibility plus I want to make sure that he feels loved for all of his hard work.
