It baffles me that some people who don’t spend a lot of time in Florida guess that it never gets cold here… If it didn’t get cold in Florida, the people I was with and I wouldn’t need central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C units in our homes.
I live in Cocoa Florida in addition to as you particularly know, it’s a beach town; And sure, the people I was with and I have palm trees everywhere blowing in the breeze, but just love any other part of the country, the people I was with and I experience cold weather during the Winter season.
It is safe to say that our Winters are mild, in addition to the people I was with and I are not seeing any snow any time soon or perhaps ever, however, the people I was with and I have had some cold mornings during the Winter weeks. In fact, the lowest temperature on record for us in Cocoa was 24 degrees. Of course, that’s not normal as our temperature usually ranges between 55 in addition to 72 degrees during the colder season. And when our temperature hits below 55, I really use our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C for heating. And though I am not using our central heating for an extended time, it still gets used, then naturally, I use our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C device more in the Summer because it is so tepid here, which means I spend more to cool our home than I do to keep it warm. All in all, I enjoy the weather that the people I was with and I have here in Cocoa Florida because even though it does get cold, it’s not as terrible as it is in the other part of the country. And I enjoy that our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C device isn’t being overused to keep our home comfortable all year long.
