Finding ways to stay cold in Cocoa, FL

I love that I live in a state with beaches because at any given time, I can legitimately drive over as well as have a mini staycation, i live in Cocoa as well as the beach is approximately 10 miles from our home… And on warm Summer mornings, one of our number one things to do is to go to the Cocoa Beach pier, but there are a bunch of bars, restaurants as well as shops to explore, because the pier is on the water, it’s constantly nice to walk along it because there is constantly a cool breeze from the ocean.

And if it gets too hot, I can legitimately go inside one of the air conditioned restaurants or stores to cool off.

The hot as well as cold temperatures can get up into the high 90’s here, so it’s constantly good to find somewhere to get some reprieve from the heat. I have lived in Cocoa for 20 years, so by now, you would suppose that I would be used to the sizzling weather. I sincerely don’t know if I will ever get used to it. I intentionally idea our day around the weather! On the weekends, if the temperature is above 90 degrees, I will either go out early in the day or later in the night. This way, I can be inside in the air conditioner at the hottest point in the day, but so, when I drive over to the beach, I get there by 8 a.m. as well as then by noon or 1, I am packing up to get out of the heat. If I don’t drive apartment instantly, I usually visit one of the bars with air conditioner. Or sporadically I head to the grocery store because I know that their air conditioner will be on high there. These are just little things I do to escape the brutal heat while residing in Cocoa.
