Every one of us always accumulate over several feet of snow per year; Because of the weather conditions, living in Lee’s Summit is a challenge. I hoped that the energy savings would reuse the startup costs! However, that first Winter was one of the coldest on record in Lee’s Summit. Every one of us saw un-even temperatures down to twenty-six below zero & it seemed to snow every single day from November to March. My partner & I were constantly outside shoveling, snow blowing & plowing. Every one of us ran out of locales to pile the snow. I was not content with the comfort of our home; Certain rooms were drafty & freezing. The brand new oil furnace seemed to run non stop. I finally called the Heating as well as Air Conditioning company to complain. She serviced & serviced the idea & discovered holes in the HVAC duct. The HVAC duct should have been serviced when the idea was originally installed… Once the duct sealing process was completed, I was amazed at the improvement in the performance of the new oil furnace.
