Temperatures in Phoenix can be seriously hot while in the summer time months! It is not uncorrect for hot plus cold temperatures to reach 110° while in June plus November.

I work in a restaurant that serves lavish food, however the Phoenix restaurant has four stars plus a chef that has been flaunted in magazines.

I work as a sous chef in the home office. I have learned a lot about food certainly suddenly. I like laboring at the restaurant, however lately it has been awful at work due to the problems with the a/c. The a/c in the back of the home isn’tlaboring! When you turn it on, it only blows chilly air. The owner of the restaurant makes a million dollars a year, although he refuses to update the a/c because he is cheap, last month I had a headache because it was so hot inside of the home office. I told my boss that I wasn’t going back to work until the a/c problems were fixed. I didn’t go to work at all while in the weekend. I called one of the busboys to see if the a/c problems had been fixed, on Thursday when I went to option up my check from the Phoenix restaurant, my boss told me that I was going to be fired if I missed another shift. I think it is time for me to look for a new job because there has no way this guy is going to repair the a/c problems. If I was the executive chef, I would never put up with the bad indoor air quality.
