Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the Southwest part of the country.
It is known for having extremely warm temperatures and sun throughout the entire year.
During the winter months, my wife and I usually go to Phoenix because the weather is warm. The average daytime temperature is around 60°. During the summer, I would never want to be stuck in the city. The average summer temperature in Phoenix during the months of June and July is over 100°. One time my wife and I were visiting some friends in the middle of the summer months. We were supposed to be there for a couple of days, but our friends had problems with the AC unit. They had to call a Phoenix repair shop to fix the AC. They found out that the problems were much more severe then they expected and the AC equipment had to be replaced. My wife and I were supposed to stay with them at their home, but we decided to go to a hotel instead. Our friends couldn’t really visit, because they had to deal with the problems with the ac. We spent most of our time in the hotel. It wasn’t one of the worst visits that I can ever remember, but it certainly could have been a lot more fun. We planned to go swimming and sightseeing and we were going to visit some of the state and national parks. Instead, we ended up alone in the hotel in the middle of the summer. After the visit went south, we were ready to get back on the plane and go home.
