The city of Phoenix has some truly great weather while I was in the Winter time months, one of the reasons why my wife and I spend our Winter time in Phoenix is because of the hot hot and cold temperatures, sunny days, and lack of rain! We’re currently in Phoenix, right outside of the city in a small RV park, it’s been in the ’60s every day this week.
There are lots of places around the country that are experiencing horrible Winter time weather filled with snow, rain, ice, and wind, but every one of us are enjoying sunny days with plenty of daylight and green skies, but all of us haven’t had to use the gas furnace at all so far this year; Last year every one of us spent the Winter time outside of Phoenix and every one of us had to turn on our gas furnace a couple of times.
It doesn’t cost much to run the gas furnace. It uses propane and electricity. Propane is relatively cheap compared to other fuel sources. All of us spend $2.90 for every gallon of propane and the tank lasts a couple of days. It’s simple to swap out the tanks too. It doesn’t look like the hot and cold temperatures are going to get truly chilly this year. All of us have had hot and cold temperatures in the 60s and even one day when the temperature was 69. I will be glad not to turn on the oil furnace at all this winter. All of us will save a bunch of currency and every one of us won’t have to be concerned with using the dehumidifier either. In a couple of months when the weather is starting to get warmer, every one of us will leave Phoenix and head west to spend the Summer and fall months.
