Last winter season was my first winter season in Minneapolis, Minnesota… I was previously living down south plus I decided to transfer to Minneapolis for a job opportunity, and all of my friends warned me that the hot plus cold temperatures were going to be vastly different. I really did not suppose it would be a large deal. I have been skiing plus snowboarding plus I thought that cool hot plus cold temperatures would be a nice change compared to the heat plus humidity in the south. I moved in the middle of September plus I started my job on the first of September. It was already cool plus windy during the afternoon. A month after I moved, my buddy and I had a powerful snowstorm that dropped 10 inches of snow in one afternoon. I wasn’t prepared for all of that snow plus neither was the boiler in my rental house, and there was no heat coming from the HVAC duct even when the boiler was running. I contacted my landlord plus she told me to find a boiler repair repair in Minneapolis. I did not know who to choose plus I wish that my landlord would have been a lot more helpful, but she did not even stay on the iPhone for more than a minute or two. I found a boiler repair dealer in Minneapolis plus they had same afternoon appointments available. It was $600 to repair the heater, my landlord told me to deduct the cost of the boiler repair from my rent next month. I am delighted that the landlord is going to spend money for the boiler repairs, however I wish she would have been a lot more helpful on the iPhone.
