Both my brothers live in Jacksonville, Florida.
I live an hour down south in more of the country.
I really like my ploy of land in addition to the privacy that it has. In Jacksonville, there are a lot of houses right on top of each other; There is tons of traffic, also, the housing market is really high currently. I would love to live near them, however to have a wonderful ploy of land in the village would be super expensive! You get what you pay for; My brothers really love living in Jax. They prefer being able to bike or walk to the bars, clubs, or restaurants. They love that any kind of repair you need, whether it is Heating, Ventilation and A/C, plumbing, or electric, is readily available in Jax. In my area, I am consistently hiring someone out of Gainesville. I have to pay long-distance fees. I also can’t take my adolescents somewhere local. My pal and I don’t have bowling alleys, ice rinks, or theme parks nearby. In Jacksonville, they have all that in addition to move. I am just not sure if it is worth all the stuff for a not as nice home. My brother adores village life in addition to there is tons to do; For me, I really like resting on my front porch or working in my gardens. I don’t suppose I would use the village amenities that much. It does smell anytime I want to see them or go somewhere fun, I am in the car an hour one way.
