I am just not sure if it is worth all the stuff for a not as good home
Both my brothers live in Jacksonville, FL… I live an hour down south in more of the country. I entirely like my ploy of land as well as the privacy that it has. In Jacksonville, there are a lot of houses right on top of each other, then there is tons of traffic; Also, the housing market is easily high currently. I would prefer to live near them, however to have a good ploy of land in the town would be super fancy. You get what you pay for, my brothers entirely prefer residing in Jax. They appreciate being able to bike or walk to the bars, clubs, or restaurants. They prefer that any kind of maintenance you need, whether it is Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C, plumbing, or electric, is readily available in Jax. In my area, I am consistently hiring someone out of Gainesville. I have to pay long-distance fees. I also can’t take my kids anywhere local. My friend and I don’t have bowling alleys, ice rinks, or theme parks nearby. In Jacksonville, they have all that as well as move. I am just not sure if it is worth all the stuff for a not as good home. My brother adores town life as well as there is tons to do, for me, I entirely like laying on my front porch or working in my gardens. I don’t think I would use the town amenities that much. It does smell anytime I want to see them or go anywhere fun, I am in the vehicle an hour one way.
